Launch Party for DUST with Special Guest Readers
Amy Dupcak celebrates the launch of her debut short story collection, DUST, which dives headfirst into the complicated waters of youth. Littered with songs, secrets, subculture, and a dash of the surreal, these stories explore themes of alienation, longing, self-destruction and ultimately self-awareness via sex, art, drugs, bathtubs, apple seeds, a cardboard dreamachine, and an aloe vera plant. Dolan Morgan and BC Edwards will join Amy at the mic, followed by a brief Q&A session with Lucid River Press founder Amanda Miller.
